Check-in

• From 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm
• Valid photo identification and a matching credit card are required
• Please advise your expected arrival time in advance
• Early check-in may be possible depending on room readiness

Check-out

• Between 6:00 am and 10:00 am
• Late check-out may be available on request and subject to availability

Damage Deposit

• A refundable damage deposit of AUD 50 is required on arrival
• Collected by credit card
• Refunded in full on check-out following a room inspection

Cancellation and Prepayment Policies

Minimum Age

Guests must be 18 years or older to check in.

Children and Extra Beds

• Children are not permitted at this property
• Cots and extra beds are not available

Maximum Room Occupancy

Only the number of guests included in the booking may stay overnight.

Maximum Age and Mobility Requirements

Guests must be under 75 years of age and in fit physical and mental condition. The guesthouse has no lift and features narrow, antique staircases, making it unsuitable for elderly guests with limited mobility.

Quiet Hours

Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am.

Parties and Events

Parties, gatherings, hens, stags and similar events are not permitted.

Visitors

• Visitors are welcome until 9:00 pm
• Visitors must follow all house rules
• Overnight visitors are not permitted

Smoking

• Smoking is not allowed in any indoor area
• Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor spaces if available

Alcohol

Moderate alcohol use is permitted as long as it does not disturb other guests.

Safety and Security

• Interfering with smoke detectors, alarms or safety equipment is prohibited
• Only registered guests may enter guest rooms
• Please ensure doors are locked when entering and leaving the property for the safety of all guests.
